Speech Therapy:
Our speech therapy services help students improve their articulation, fluency, and vocal quality, by addressing challenges like apraxia, speech-sound disorders and delays, stuttering, voice disorders and more. Our therapists utilize evidence-based practices and programs to assist students in each of these areas.
Language Therapy:
Language therapy with MTG enhances students’ ability to utilize preferred modes of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively express their thoughts, wants, and needs as well as understand the communications of others. This includes use of a total communication approach to enhance receptive, expressive and pragmatic language skills.
Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC):
Our goal is to provide tailored communication options to meet each student’s unique needs. We work with both high and low tech AAC systems and match the technology to the student for the most effective communication outcomes. At MTG, we believe in a multidisciplinary approach to supporting and training students, staff and family.
Speech Therapist Placement:
We specialize in placing skilled speech therapists with schools, ensuring access to highly qualified professionals who can address a wide range of communication challenges. Our goal is to match therapists’ skills with school programs to ensure the highest quality of services and maintain therapist continuity from year to year.
Clinical Fellowship Supervision:
As a teaching organization, we work with clinical fellows, all of which have completed master’s level degrees in Speech Language Pathology. We support therapists through their fellowship by providing high level supervision and modeling evidence-based practices in order
to grow their clinical competence.

Michaeline Cantono, MA CCC-SLP – Founder and Owner
Michaeline brings a wealth of expertise to MTG as a practicing SLP.
She founded Philadelphia’s premier speech therapy provider, MTG Therapy Services, Inc. as an independent contractor developing personal relationships with schools and educational facilities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
After almost two decades of experience, Michaeline has extensive knowledge working with public, private, and charter schools, residential facilities, and in family homes.
Sarah Schultz, MS CCC-SLP – Operations Manager
Sarah is a dedicated speech-language therapist with a passion for making communication accessible to everyone. She ensures that our operations run smoothly and effectively to support our clients and therapists.
